| About the speaker Dr Nathalie Jurisch-Yaksi studied biology at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. She obtained her PhD at the German Cancer Research Center-Heidelberg-Germany in 2009. In 2010 she joined the Peterson lab at Harvard Medical School-Boston-USA, a pioneer in drug screening using zebrafish as model system. From 2011 to 2014, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Annaert lab at VIB/KU Leuven-Belgium where she got interested in the biology of neurological diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease. Since 2015, Nathalie is a senior researcher at the Kavli Institute for systems neurosciences – NTNU-Trondheim-Norway. | ||||||||||||||
