Dokuz Eylul University Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center (iBG-izmir) is being created as a multidisciplinary and comprehensive center for life science and technogies. It brings together specialists in molecular biology, genetics, medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, bioengineering, computer engineering, and many other fields. The center is organizing its first iBG-izmir Genome Conference on April 20, 2015.

One of the main goals of iBG-izmir is to excel in the field of Genome Sciences. The iBG-izmir Genome Conference is organized within this scope. iBG-izmir which will be officially launched on  September 9, 2015 is happy to invite the scientific community and science friends to these events.

Prof. Evan Eichler, a pioneer scientist in genome research is the guest of honor of iBG-izmir Genome Conference. Two young and inspiring genome scientists of our country; Assist. Prof. Can Alkan (Bilkent University, Dept. of Computer Engineering) and Assist. Prof. Can Küçük (iBG-izmir) will join him in this exceptional scientific event.

The conference will take place in Dokuz Eylul University Izmir Biomedicine and Genom Center Conference Hall (3.Floor) at 09:00.
